This is a TEPHI Grand Rounds that may have some sting! In our March Grand Rounds webinar, Dr. Amanda Kieffer, Zoonosis Control Veterinarian at the Texas Department of State Health Services, will discuss common disease vectors in Texas, including general information on vector identification, life cycle, and disease transmission. Participants will learn the importance of surveillance data and how it can be used. Resources and available services through DSHS will be shared.
